KING HANK BO - AQHA Stallion at stud

Jeff Marchand is a con artist and liar who ripped us off for thousands of hours of work and money! He did not hold up his agreement that a 1/2 ownership partnership between us would happen with all foals born out of his mares that I bred for him to HANK. I fed 2x's daily and cleaned their stalls and he runs out on us paying nothing and not sharing in 1/2 ownership on all foals. HE IS A LIAR. I will provide his "contract of lies" to court in San Diego. He now owes over $15,000 in boarding bills. He also owes us SIGNED breeders certificates for our mares we unfortunately bred to HANK.

He can't sue for libel or slander as he knows it is true and the facts and proof is easy for me to provide!

This video below is this mare named Miss Wimpy-Jeff Marchand brought her to FPR to use in a partnership of foals and board. He intended for me to breed this sad, lame, old mare to foal AGAIN! She had foaled a few months earlier! She arrived in June 2008 with his other horses and she was put down in Nov 2008 to save her from any more suffering. Poor and neglectful hoof care made it impossible for her to walk!

Dr Gary Amaral was in contact with Jeff Marchand several times in the course of 5 months telling Marchand the mare needed to be euthanized, Marchand refused repeatedly and finally after I told Marchand I would not keep her in this condition he allowed the horse to be put down. November 22, 2008 I have the video. It was very sad to see and be forced to deal with. Marchand is a piece of sh#t human being and I can only hope he is treated by his loved ones the way he treats his loved ones.
