LORAINE PAT BOEGLE

has WRONGFULLY accused Flying Paint Ranch and Tiffani Kjeldergaard of theft of the APHA stallion WATTA ROCKI MOUNT.

She owes over $10,000 in back board fees-The case is in court in SAN DIEGO ,CA.

In my defense I am posting the letter she sent me June 14, 2008 stating she would pick up the horse in June 2008.

She did NOT come get the horse as arranged.

Not in June 2008, July 2008, August 2008, Sept. 2008, Oct. 2008, Nov. 2008,

Dec. 2008 , or Jan. 2009 (which was when my lease on the horse legally ended) she did not come Feb. 2009, or March, April, May, June, July and on till now... Nov 2009.

Now over 1 year 5 months later she states I am a horse thief and is slandering and defaming me with libel and accusations...
